wincap/npcap无法检测 #30

无法检测到已经安装的wincap/npcap，而且我是最新的版本，都不能检测

已解决，方法如下：卸载掉电脑里的npcap，因为wincap和npcap会冲突没法安装，netspeedmonitor不支持npcap所以会显示检测不到wincap，全部卸载之后重新安装就行了，希望能够适配npcap并且自动检测，这样当电脑里有npcap而非wincap时就不会又问题。望出现问题的各位能及时解决，辛苦程序员大大及时更新
