Rolls back the recent addition of the
surfacefield, and removes the just-as-redundantcurvefield. This makesHalfEdgeinconsistent withPartialHalfEdge, but that's fine for now. I'll keep experimenting with the definitions of objects and partial objects and will make more changes anyway.
