Using the Commercial Repo of FPDI #79

Due to requirements set by my project, I need to utilize the commercial version of FPDI, or at least what they call the extension. I have added it to the autoload.php file of my Laravel project since it requires a manual installation, but I am unsure where else to point to include the new repository in order to get the Merger to work correctly.

You should just install it via composer as described here. Then, everything works fine!
