It looks like one stereo block (8192 bytes) of slience has been added to the beginning of the flac file.
The total amount of samples however matches the dsf file.
Consequently 1 stereo block is missing at the end of the flac file.
It is a minor issue, since it represents only about 20 milliseconds of music at the beginning and end.
