Run examples/windowsize with EBITENGINE_GRAPHICS_LIBRARY=opengl

What is the expected result?

60FPS

What happens instead?

About 120FPS

This might be an issue from macOS 13.

Seems to be related to glfw/glfw#2249. There is a PR(glfw/glfw#2277) open to fix this, I will watch any updates.
