Sometimes hax adds seemingly unnecessary opens.

We need to investigate, @karthikbhargavan reported https://github.com/cryspen/libcrux/blob/08ce4acfef2660b7875fcb8e12e4afc5f0d1c33a/libcrux-ml-dsa/proofs/fstar/extraction/Libcrux_ml_dsa.Simd.Portable.Arithmetic.fst#L9
Let's try to minimize.

I think bundling should solve this (at least once #1070 is solved)
