Class Hackzilla\Bundle\TicketBundle\TicketMessageWithAttachment does not exist

I have installed the Bundle and the Demo, but in both cases there is an error with vich uploader, when i install the vich bundle and configure it according to the documentation i keep getting the error "Class Hackzilla\Bundle\TicketBundle\TicketMessageWithAttachment does not exist" is there something wrong on the configuration or is there something that can be done to fix it?

The demo app is out of date.
I'm trying to update the TicketBundle to support Symfony 5.
Once I've done that, I'll update the demo.
