Remove mention of CfA in pages/join-us.html

Prerequisites

1. Be a member of Hack for LA. (There are no fees to join.) If you have not joined yet, please follow the steps on our Getting Started page and attend an onboarding session.
2. Before you claim or start working on an issue, please make sure you have read our How to Contribute to Hack for LA Guide.

Overview

We need to remove mentions of Code for America (CfA) from a webpage so that we can remove CfA as our fiscal sponsor.

Action Items

• In your local IDE, navigate to pages/join-us.html
• Change the following in the header:

from

        Hack for LA is a project of <strong>Code for America</strong> and is its official
        Los Angeles chapter.

to

        Hack for LA is a project of <strong>Civic Tech Structure, Inc.</strong>

• Using Docker, verify the changes by viewing the Join Us page ¹ in your local environment and include before and after screenshots with your pull request.
  • Note: By changing the text, the alignment of the second paragraph might change. This alignment problem will be addressed in a separate issue created from this emergent request (ER): ER: Fix text alignment on Join Us and About header #5973
