Add sort by feature to the project board

Overview

We need to be able to sort the board by feature labels so that we can see the progress of any given feature

Action Items

• Add 'Feature missing' label to all issues without a feature label
• For all 'Feature missing' issues, assign the appropriate feature label or create a new label if needed
• Create a page in the wiki with the feature labels connecting to the board
• Update the 'Sort the board by feature' card in the 'Onboarding info' column to point to the new wiki page
