My recollection is that we talked about this with stakeholder before, and they weren't planning on revising the Ordinance again back then. |

Overview
We need to address the concern the users raised about Citywide Parking Baseline so that the calculations reflect or take account into the special/older areas/zones that specific projects locate at.
User concern summary
How can a generalized parking baseline on page 3 determine the point target for a specific project? For example, a project locates at old redevelopment plan areas (i.e. there are different downtown zones - mentioned by participant) and those zones have different requirements.
