Overview

We need to Validate/update current UX role descriptions and create new ones as needed. We want them to match role descriptions universally used on career/job boards.

• Review current Roles/Descriptions
• Research/lookup roles on career websites
• Update existing role descriptions
• Add new roles

@andre Oosthuizen meet @Aleiya Gafar. She is working on the BOP project as a PM and we were hoping that you might be able to lend a hand on a specific issue. We need to figure out if we have the right names/descriptions/responsibilities for all the UX roles we are recruiting for across projects. Here is the list of roles that we think we need:
ux-researcher
needed: ux-program-designer
needed: ux-community-of-practice-lead
needed: ux-research-lead
But recently someone has suggested that we are calling the UX research lead the wrong thing and maybe its more a Research Ops role, etc.
