We need to send out an urgent email to the junior software engineers asking them to send their revised availability for the pre-scheduled HfLA website team meetings.

Define all dates for the internship and announce before application process starts.  See [TWE: Intern availability email - Junior S/W Engineers](https://github.com/hackforla/internship/issues/209) for details

The reason for this, is that it ended up taking tons of time to get their availability, and then they still didn't provide as much as would have been needed to complete the internship, which then required us to write letters to them. All of that could have been avoided by up picking the dates ourselves.
