Overview

We need to create the Colors section of the Design Systems Figma file so that volunteers from other projects will be able to follow its example when they work on their own design systems' colors sections, and so that it can accompany the Design Systems guide.

Action Items

  • Design Colors section in Design Systems Figma. Determine:
    • Naming / categorization (primary/secondary, by usage CTA/warning/etc, light-100/light-200...)
    • Variables / design tokens (names for each color that will match Devs' color names ($color-pink, etc.)
    • Which colors to include
    • How many colors to include
    • Layout of section
    • Annotations in section
  • Add colors to Figma Styles

@daniellex0 Can this Issue be broken down into individual tickets. One is a discussion within the weekly team meeting. The last action point should be separate Issues for team members to work on this week.

@daniellex0 The conversations from the actions list need to be documented and placed in the Wiki under UX/UI.
