Draft message to send to new volunteers
Decide on the characteristics of the volunteer that qualifies to take the survey (i.e. onboarded in the past month, x number of devs, x number of designers)
Send Slack DM to each volunteer
Comment recruiting message and participant profiles in the comments of this issue
