Overview

We will be presenting our findings to the team on our all-hands meeting this week. The data we've collected over the past couple weeks will be compiled into one basic slide deck

Action Items

  • Collect your findings and insights from both the wiki and figma foundations audit and send them to UX/UI team lead in a slide deck
  • Include both quantitative data e.g. 2/7 projects had history pages and qualitative data e.g. your insights such as there is no governance around how to categorize pages in figma files

Resources/Instructions

This slide deck does not have to polished as I will be using it to build a slide deck with our compiled information. The main purpose of the slide deck will be to present to the team, this will not be the final slide deck presented to the stakeholder

Please provide an update:

  1. Progress: "What is the current status of this ticket? What have you completed and what is left to do?"
  2. Blockers: "Difficulties or errors encountered."
  3. Availability: "How much time will you have this week to work on this issue?"
  4. ETA: "When do you expect this issue to be completed?"

If you need help, be sure to either: 1) ask for help at your next meeting, 2) put a "Status: Help Wanted" label on your issue or 3) put up a request for assistance on the #design-systems slack channel.
