Audit of HflA Project Wikis

Overview

Based on Wednesday's meeting regarding project wikis, we will need to audit each wiki to understand what they do and do not include. We will further discuss our audit at Tuesday's 11/9 meeting and then finalize the Figma audit requirements.

Action Items

• Audit 7 project wikis
• Add "Complete, Partial, Missing/Not on Wiki page" to each column of the Team Wiki Audit Sheet
• For categories that are marked partial, use the comment feature on the cell to indicate what they do include

Team Wiki Audit Sheet

1. Use your best judgement when deciding what categories exist for a wiki, for example an Onboarding section could be called "Getting Started" or "Joining the Team"
2. Not every project's wiki is laid out the same. I've completed an audit of Youth Justice Nav as an example. If a section is missing in the Main Section of the Wiki check the outline section to the right of the page
3. If you see a link for something i.e. in "guides for specific roles" section if you see a link called UI/UX Designer,
   click on the link as it may or may not have content that can determine if it gets a "complete" tag or not
4. You should audit 7 Wikis, I've divided the work up, there are 21 remaining wikis to audit
