If HfLA volunteers don't work full time, and don't operate on sprints, what exactly are thepts: #labels used for? Is requiring its usage all that helpful for us?
While we're at it, why is therole: __label required? Does it mean that it's assigned to the research or design team? What if the task has nothing to do with UXR or UXD?

In Agile/scrum, story points are for "expressing an estimate of the overall effort required to fully implement a product backlog item or any other piece of work." However, story points are meant to be used in the context of a M-F 9-5 developer team working in sprint cycles. And 1 point is meant to represent 1 full work day.
