A key component of success for the Civic Opportunity project will be based in external partnerships. Fortunately, there are many organizations willing to offer professional services to the non-profit tech sector. Leveraging these partners will allow us to scale marketability and gain exposure to a vast diverse talent pool.
Action Items
Create list of existing HfLA partners (Gen-Do) and record existing relationship order of operations (if any)
Identify additional key organizations that could be helpful to our organizational goals (Who has access to student pipelines? Can they offer career workshop trainings? etc)
Use OKR and Initiatives Documents to identify subjects of interest
Organize organizations based on needs/priorities (Ensure alignment with our Product goals)
Present organizations to HfLA executive leadership for feedback/review
Finalize potential list of partners
Create draft correspondence to each organization (Be clear on the ask and the goal)
