Create Spreadsheet of Google Drive URLs for HfLA Teams

Overview

Currently, many of the Hack for LA projects listed on VRMS are missing a project Google Drive URL on their "Project Management" pages. The Google Drive URL will become a required field to add a new project or edit an existing project on VRMS moving forward, and thus all of these projects must have an up-to-date Google Drive URL added to them.

Action Items

• Create a Google Sheet with a list of all of the projects.
• Add any associated Google Drive URLs to this sheet.
• Provide a column for PII Google Drive URLs to be added.
• Share this sheet with stakeholder Bonnie to review & add missing URLs.
  • Inquire about what should be done with test projects
• Bonnie to complete the review
• Add updated URLs from the spreadsheet to projects stored on VRMS
