My understanding is that this team was going to review the onboarding form responses that have been collecting for over a year, and write up a presentation with analysis and summaries and recommendations. From that, we were going to make some changes to onboarding and then interview people to see if the changes we made improve their experience.

It's counterproductive to interview them now, given that we have not implemented any changes to address what X Number of participants have already communicated with us about.

Then we would tailor our questions to see if we made progress in improving the user experience in the areas that we made the changes. So how can you have the questions already written when we have not even decided what to change?
