PM: Update Repository Secrets to use VITE prefix

Overview

We need to add Vite prefixes to Repository Secrets so that our Github Actions can supply environment variables to the Vite build.

Action Items

Variables that need to be added:

• VITE_MAPBOX_TOKEN
• VITE_CONTENTFUL_SPACE
• VITE_CONTENTFUL_TOKEN
• VITE_HUGGINGFACE_LOGIN_TOKEN

Variables that might need to be added:

• VITE_MAPBOX_SATELLITE_URL
• VITE_MAPBOX_STREETS_URL

I've gone ahead and added the 1st token, but I'll need to figure out how to get the contentful token by logging into the contentful platform (I think).

Thanks to @aqandrew's notes on testing my fork's gh pages with vite, I've populated all the required tokens. This evening I've added the following tokens as Repository Secrets to the 311-Data repository:

• VITE_CONTENTFUL_SPACE
  • this is our contentful space id, available in our dev vault
• VITE_CONTENTFUL_TOKEN
  • this is the actual access token for contentful, available in our dev vault
• VITE_HUGGINGFACE_LOGIN_TOKEN
  • this should be the "write" access token in our dev vault, however I did create a new token ("vite-write") within the HuggingFace platform, since there was a chance that I was wrong
• VITE_MAPBOX_SATELLITE_URL
  • I don't think we really needed this, but I added it just in case
• VITE_MAPBOX_STREETS_URL
  • similar, added just in case

There is no merge step required here. This was just for adding Repository Secrets. I will consider this closed 😁
