[TBD] Meeting Agenda

Overview

We need to know if Bonnie wants to pursue a grant from usertesting.com for UX research for Hack for LA so that research teams have access to a simple-to-use, streamlined user testing platform.

Background

The UX researchers of the 311 data team have reached out to usertesting.com about this cool program they have for non profits.  We had an initial interview with them this week. They give grants (in the form of free uses of their platform) for non-profit orgs. The grants last for a year and then can be renewed. We think this could be a great opportunity for HfLA UX research and would love know if this is something Bonnie is interested in pursuing.

Pre-work to prep for meeting

Discussion Points:

  • Is this an avenue the organization would like to pursue?
  • If so, we will need information from all UX research teams across the organization about upcoming research plans.
  • Next steps to put Bonnie in touch with usertesting.com
