• Have a conversation during the 311 Data Product Planning Meeting about DevOps Needs
• Update the 311 Data Product Planning Meeting Agenda with Concerns
• Create a When2Meet with the 311 Data DevOps Team
• Forward the When2Meet to Chelsey (HackForLa DevOps Contact)
• Develop an Agenda for the Meeting with concerns from the DevOps Migration Epic [EPIC] DevOps Migrate infra to shared H4LA AWS account (H1 2023) #1367
• Forward the When2Meet to Bonnie (HackForLA Lead)

Action Items

Migration Feasibility

• Gaining access to the AWS incubator
• Discussion on who is performing the migration and any personal liabilities
• Discussion if the Terraform ReadMe assumptions are assumed and checked off by the party (performing the migration)
• Discussion on the feasibility of the migration and if contracting out is necessary

System Architecture

• Discussing concerns on the main epic [EPIC] DevOps Migrate infra to shared H4LA AWS account (H1 2023) #1367
• Discuss any dependencies in the system architecture
• Test existing terraform config using new AWS account

Discussing Responsibilities on the Team

• Develop a plan to migrate to the new AWS and move off of our account by end of the month
• Defining responsibilities between Hack For LA 311 Data Team and DevOps Team
• Establish one person to sync with on the DevOps Team as a key point of contact
• Establish a timeline for each of these goals
