Hi Sarah, what browser are you using? Could you also right click on the page, click Inspect and screenshot or copy any errors you see in the console when loading the page?

It looks like the application is failing to get the map tiles from Mapbox. There has been at least one other report of this.

Yeah, looks like the map isn’t fully rendering from the screen shot.
I’m meeting with Bonnie on Monday, so I can see if she has any ideas also, but Adam, let me know if you figure it out before then, please.

If you have any script-blocking browser extensions (ghostery), try disabling it for 311-data.com. I've seen it block API calls to Mapbox before

It's been an issue for me across various laptops and browsers. If there's a solve, might be good to know and write it up since I plan to develop a workshop around this tool

We received feedback that the map not rendering was caused by using the URL 311data.com, with no "-". From the homepage, clicking on the Let's Get Started button takes you to the map visualization page; however, the graphic of the map doesn't render. Users ARE capable of using the filtering features to submit requests for data. Under some circumstances, data does not complete loading.
