  • Werkzeug not allowing application to run in Python 3.8 due to a TypeError due to changes to ast.Module in Python 3.8
  • update requirements.txt to new Werkzeug version or require < 3.8 python version

  • there is also aError: pg_config executable not found. from installing psycopg2-binary==2.8.3 which could be potentially caused by python 3.8
