Email 'tell' requests to gthx

Several people have done a 'tell' request to gthx. Since gthx never sees itself in chat, those messages just sit there forever. Instead, email them to the admin so they are seen right away.

which admin would you want to send this to? Anyone with op privs in the channel, or you?

@Duckle29 , the way I envisioned it, these would go to the admin email address, which is currently just me. I am open for other suggestions as well though.
