Refactor the SMB exploiter so it can be used with the puppet.

  • Modify the exploiter to accept options, telemetry messenger (0d) @mssalvatore
  • Remove dependency on WormConfiguration, use self.current_depth (0d) @mssalvatore
  • Return ExploitResultData (0d) @mssalvatore
  • Load exploiter into Puppet and test (0.d)
  • Assess the exploiter to ensure it is thread-safe (0d)
  • Remove credential hashes from logging (0d) @mssalvatore
