Session expire

I'm using the app with my google account instead Hangouts. Sometimes I open the app and show that logging to my account, so the sessions is expire and start again only if I open the app again?
I think that this os what happening since I already receive some messages and the app don't notify.

Do you have the foreground notification option enabled? That will ensure the background connection isn't killed by Google.

Yes, it's enabled. It's the reason that I opened the issue.
