We need to ensure that consent between the app and webview are compatible.
There are a couple of approaches in which we can do this.

Sharing consent across the and webview
There was a consent spike (#8379) in which a lot was learnt, and this goal was achieved.
Align essential vendor lists
If we align the essential vendor lists between app and web, we will not have to ask for consent.
There are a few outstanding things to look into before this is the case. #8569
