Adjust Fees Presets

Please add a select dropdown for fee presets for all the cryptocurrencies. I think five presets should be available "Very Slow" "Slow" "Adverage" "Fast" "Very Fast". I still would like the custom "Satoshi per Byte" to be there but presets will make it quicker to send crypto without having to play around with the Satoshi per Byte to figure out the transaction speed you want.

I would like to see this for all devices. Web, desktop and mobile.

Please add this for Monero (XMR)

And please a text that will inform the user on the mobile wallets weather the satoshis set is considered slow, very slow, fast or very fast just like it does in the desktop wallet.
