Problem with Docker on Windows in mounted directories, no change event #575

Hi ,

When I run docker on windows with a mounted file system, it seems change events do not happen.

Which is sad, since with DevContainer in Visual Studio Code it is very nice to share a work environment.

Is there a way to get file change events when a container runs on Windows and mounts a folder from files in this folder?
