Running hloc pipelines on Berzelius

SSH to Berzelius

ssh [email protected]

Go to your project directory

cd /proj/<your_project_dir>/users/$USER

Checkout this repository

git clone https://github.com/gu6225ha-s/berzelius-hloc.git

Then follow the instructions for running a pipeline in either a virtual environment or apptainer.
