We were probably too restrictive in fixing a non-deterministic validation issue a few months ago.

Need to review, considering some of José's latest tricks, to make this more flexible.

I have refactored the GS1 JSON Schema to be more modular and on the other hand enable tolerating user-defined / other event types beyond the 5 defined subclasses of EPCISEvent
