Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, an OSCAR cluster with multi-tenancy support is integrated with one or several EGI-based Virtual Organizations (VOs). Therefore, all the members of the VO can access the cluster. It would be useful to provide a set of EGI User IDs which are the only users that belong to the allowed VOs that can access this cluster, for restricted visibility.
