A gateway to automaticly provide RESTful API for gRPC. Just a POC for now:

@jmzwcn perhaps a write up of differences would be helpful for people checking out that project. It's not clear that there's anything actionable here so I'm going to close. Feel free to reopen if you feel it's appropriate.
