Outdated MacOS Brew Command on Build Instructions

The page "Building from git" has an outdated Brew command.

brew install git libusb wget cmake pkg-config homebrew/dupes/libpcap

The homebrew/dupes/ prefix has been discontinued, so libpcap can now simply be installed as libpcap.

The brew command would be as follows once corrected:

brew install git libusb wget cmake pkg-config libpcap

A small fix, but I figured it was worth mentioning. Thanks!
