This fixes 64-byte-aligned USB0 commands, which were broken due to a Linux spec violation. See greatscottgadgets/greatfet#283 for more details.

This fixes 64-byte-aligned commands for normal USB0 communications, following up on greatscottgadgets/greatfet#283 and #15.
