Render place=* at areas

[MasiMaster]

landuse=residential with a name=* and a place=* are not be rendered as a place-node.

It could also be useful to render multipolygon relations with place=* tags and landuse=residentials as outer-members. A node-member with a label-role is also imaginable for labeling the real center.
