Icon for private gas station looks exactly the same as icon for normal gas station #4156

There are some private gas stations in OSM - located in facitlities like fire stations, bus depots etc.
By private here I mean access, not property - they are not accessible to the public.

Expected behavior

Private gas stations should be easily distinguishable from non-private stations.

Actual behavior

Tag access=private doesn't affect icon for gas station at all.
Only label with name is rendered dimmed and this makes harder to spot that gas station is private.

This should be fairly simple to fix. Does anyone want to submit a PR?

I thought you were against rendering anymore things in the current private rendering style until a better way to do it is figured out.

See #3589, #4078 and #4077.

I think we should indeed fix the underlying problem before extending more symbols to indicate access restriction through varied color.
