Objective

To solve our tasks in blog-constructor package, we need open the select's popup in mobile not as a Sheet, but with the SelectPopup component.

Solution Proposal

Add new optional prop to Select in order to specify how the popup should be opened. By default, open as a Sheet.

Definition of done

Popup can open in mobile as Sheet and as SelectPopup.
