Machine ID: Propagate labels set on Bot resource to Bot User and Bot Role

We'd like the wizards to use the labels to add additional metadata to a Bot for modifying how we display these in the UI. At the moment, labels set on the Bot don't even persist as the Bot is a computed resource.

Let's ensure that labels set on the Bot will be set on the Bot User/Bot Role, and that when reading Bots, we pull these back out onto the returned Bot resource. We'll want to make sure the generations label does propagate back up, and is properly persisted.
