Machine ID: UI "List View" for Bots

Once we have a distinct bot resource, it'd be beneficial to surface within the Teleport UI.

I'd expect this initial iteration to:

• Allow me to view my bots
• Allow me to view and adjust the roles assigned to bots
• Allow me to delete a bot

For this, I think a single "List View" ought to be appropriate, and for now, we don't need a drill-down view per bot.

Open to thoughts on if we should "hide" bots from the existing User/Role view once this page is implemented.

I'm hesitant to include Bot creation here - as they'd need to pick and create the correct kind of Join Token manually after creating the bot - maybe this is best left for a "Discover"-esque wizard.
