Highlights:

• We landed a milestone! :-) Refund Announcement is our first milestone landed since we've started the Radar, which is where we've really started using milestones.
• I went through and picked off some low hanging fruit in Milestones so now we're down to seven open.
• The Pivot milestone is unwieldy and in danger of collapsing (cf. Infrastructure, which we closed somewhat in defeat at 92%). I'd really like to bring that in for a solid landing this week.
• It seemed to work to carve the Refund Announcement milestone out of the Pivot milestone. Let's keep that in mind as a tactic for tackling big pieces of work and keeping milestones under control.
• The errors queue is now not only broken but invisible, due to Sentry's recent upgrade. See empty statsPeriod chokes UI getsentry/sentry#1905.

Actually, I'm gonna land the 1.0 payout form first first, which is on Balanced Shutdown.

... and that's leading me into charging in arrears, which will simplify our computation of 1.0 balances, and also has been in the works for a while and should be brought in for a landing.

Okay, payout form is out. I want to get Team review streamlined (gratipay/gratipay.com#3568) and then add Team images (gratipay/gratipay.com#3750) for bonus points if I can tonight.

Alright, done for the night. I ended up getting side-tracked by gratipay/gratipay.com#3755, but I did manage to land streamlined Team review (gratipay/gratipay.com#3568), which joins streamlined 1.0 payout application and review from earlier today. Huzzah! 💃

I'm afk tomorrow, back tomorrow night or Wednesday for more Pivot. I really want to get Team images in there to keep up with Bountysource (#316). They moved $10,974 last month! 😮

@mattbk - Looking at https://github.com/gratipay/gratipay.com/pull/3744/files, looks like that was taken out. It's now placed on the user's profile page, over the profile picture - here are a few screenshots

Looking a bit ahead: once we get through Pivot and Balanced Shutdown, what's next? We've got five other milestones:

• I think painting the walls mostly closes out Redesign. I've topped up the remaining tickets. I think we can fit any remaining work in between the cracks and close this out soon.
• Payroll and AML Program are going to be a lot of work. I don't think we should start thinking about this until after October 8 (1.0 refund), and I think we'll need to interleave this work with other more immediately fruitful work over the next year or whatever.
• Email is a mix of grunt-work and interesting features. Email auth is particularly important, and will be necessary for ...
• Tighten Onboarding Flow. I think it could be interesting from a number of angles for me to co-work on this from Catapult starting in October (cc: @elliotw).

That's existing milestones, but we'll also want to think about creating milestones that don't exist yet. I want something about encouraging corporate giving, e.g.
