Let users/teams feature other users/teams on their profiles

I'd like to feature my friends and/orpeople I think are doing a great job on my profile. Think YouTube's featured channels.

It's not enough to mention such in your profile summary? Or, what do you mean in your profile?

@tshepang I think it'd be great if I could have their avatars displayed (like shown on the community pages). I think that this is good for two reasons.

• Unlike the community pages where we order people by amount given/ amount received, there is no bias here except for the fact that the user must choose the people.
• This helps in keeping people more engaged within Gratipay. It's a good way for users to discover new people to tip, explore their profiles etc.

Gratipay for example - could feature Sheilds and Aspen on it's profile.

@rohitpaulk We could use "community ad network" (#1513) to partially address this.
