A user (nodexl team?) reported that graphs with more than 1K (10K?) edges are getting capped at 1K (10K?) edges

can we duplicate? (des)
... and what's the fix?
- I think there's a loop somewhere in powerbi where we must iterate: is it multiple update calls, a loop somewhere, ...?

- ... and may impact some of the equality checking that avoids duplicate uploads
