[feature request] option for change base url of github api client #64

Hello,
I'd like to ask if the option for changing base url on the github host,
which is specified directly in here:

Lintly/lintly/backends/github.py

Line 164 in 2c7942a

client.base_url = 'https://api.github.com'

client = GitHubAPIClient(token=self.token)
client.base_url = 'https://api.github.com'

so that I can change this url for the custom github host, e.g. github api server per enterprise.
