Add a new ring status page for the distributor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not exactly a bug, but a problem in the sense of inconsistency: Loki has ring pages for all rings, except for the distributor.

I would like to have a /distributor/ring page with similar behavior from other ring pages (ex: /ruler/ring, /compactor/ring, etc)
