Row editor not work correctly

I want to adjust panel order in a row, but when I clicked "Row editor", there is nothing changed, and the paged can not to be scrolled any more, the only thing I can do is refresh the page.

I use latest Chrome on Mac OS 10.9.4.

Fixed in similar issue #846 , strange that you get that in chrome as I can only replicate it in firefox, chrome on linux works. I am sorry for this bug, might release a 1.8.1 patch release in a week for this.

For panel ordering you can use drag and drop (drag title and drop to change place of panels)
