PruneCluster includes the ability to specify categories. This could be used to distinguish between different types of Marker: waypoints, campsites, warmshowers, etc - i.e. which (type of) source the marker came from. This may be linked in with a feature that allows the different types of marker to be displayed differently in generated GPX (see which icon names are understood by ViewRanger).
