• Remove /xml URL

My preference, redirect /xml to the data.gov.au dataset (thanks @BrendanCNg!)

I'm in the middle of updating other online holiday repos (e.g. https://github.com/commenthol/date-holidays/) and will use the data.gov.au export as the source of truth.
